We are leaders in the development of custom intake kits for 2-stroke engines, thanks to the additive technologies we use, we can quickly create or reproduce any manifold (even 4-stroke) or reed valve pack. Our experience comes from the search for better performance and has led us to develop innovative reed valve packs and dedicated manifolds. Materials research is a constant subject, and the development of custom carbon sheets, different ducts for each carburetor, preloaded cusps and integrated flow guides have been our daily bread for years. We mainly use rapid prototyping technologies, to create prototypes and small series for sports and non-sports fields.
We have the measurements of most engines and can reproduce the component from ideas, drawings, scans, photos or samples.
